The distribution of vacancies in the Tamilnadu
Cadre is totally skewed and the Chennai C.EX&S.Tax zone is short by more
than 53% where as Coimbatore zone and CC(P) zones have very less shortage of
officers.
In spite of the above fact in recent transfer
&posting order No.03/2015 dt.12.01.15, few of the officers from Chennai Zone
are posted to LTU(Audit) which is not proper in view of the already skewed
distribution of the staff. Many of the officers working in Coimbatore and CC(P)
zones are requesting transfer to Chennai Zone which are not being considered.
And further posting of the officers from Chennai Zone to LTU appears to be
gross mismanagement of staff.
It is requested that
(a) To stop posting officers
from Chennai Zone to LTU <U(Audit) as they have Pan India Identity.
(b) Put the order 03/2015 dt.12.01.15
in abeyance till new transfer policy is framed in consultation of this
association.
(c) Immediately convene a
grievance redressal meeting.
Yours
sincerely,
(P.
KARUNAKAR REDDY)
General
Secretary
